Found when they search. Booked when they call.

Superuser builds the websites, apps and automation that turn a search into a paying customer and keep them running so you can run the business instead of the website.

A written reply within 2 business days. No discovery-call gate, no deck, no follow-up sequence.

Why us

The Superuser Standard: what we promise, in writing.

  • One quote, in writing

    01

The pages, the deliverables and the timeline are agreed before we start. Nothing moves, nothing surprises, nothing appears on the invoice that was not on the list.

  • You pay when it works

    02

A deposit holds your date; the balance is due on launch day, before the site goes live. We'd rather earn the second half.

  • You own everything

    03

Your domain, your content, your code, your analytics. Yours from day one, and still yours the day you leave.

  • Leave any month

    04

Care plans are month to month, with no exit fees. A website should work for you. Never hold you hostage.

What we do

Everything you need to be found, booked and running without us.

Nine services across three stages. Filter by where you are, and if you need less of it than you think, we will say so on the first call.

How we work

Six steps. You can stop at any of them.

  1. A free 20-minute call.

We look at what you have now and tell you exactly what you need, including "less than you think."

  2. A fixed written proposal.

The pages, the deliverables and the timeline, named and in writing. No hourly billing, and no scope that is still being worked out while you wait.

  3. A deposit holds your date.

Your deposit schedules you. The balance is due on launch day, before the site goes live.

  4. We build and we train.

A recorded screen-share on your own content, plus a written guide for the parts you'll want without us.

  5. You go live, with 30 days of fixes.

If something doesn't work as promised, it's a bug in what we built. We fix it, and we don't invoice it. That part is unconditional.

  6. Care, if you want it.

Month to month, cancel any month with 30 days' notice, and take your domain, your content and your code with you.

Questions

Eleven questions, answered the way we would answer them on a call.

01 How long does a project take?

It depends on the engagement, and we name the timeline in writing before we start. Those timelines assume you get us your text, photos and approvals when they are asked for. They are working timelines, not best-case numbers. If a project pauses on your side for 10 business days, the timeline pauses, your start date releases, and you re-enter the queue at the next open slot. You keep nothing at risk, and we do not hold a slot hostage.

02 What do you need from us?

Less than most people expect. You supply the text and at least six usable photos. That keeps the project lean. If you would rather not write it, we will: copywriting and photography are add-ons quoted in writing. Beyond that, one real commitment: a free 20-minute call to agree the page list before anything is built. That call is the cheapest insurance in the whole process.

03 What happens to the site we already have?

It gets replaced, not patched. Inherited code is the most expensive thing in this trade, and you should not own it twice. Your content comes across, and moving an existing site is a priced item quoted in writing. If your existing site is in reasonable shape, we will usually tell you not to do a full build at all. Your domain is never taken from you. You own it from day one, including if you leave.

04 Who owns the website?

You do, from the start. Your domain, your logo, your copy, your photos, your Google Business Profile, your analytics. Not a hostage, and not a favour. If you leave: send 30 days’ notice, pay the final month, and take your domain, your content and your source code with you at no charge. We will walk you through deploying it anywhere. No hosting hostage, no migration fee.

05 What does the care plan include?

The same core on every plan: uptime monitoring, daily backups with a tested restore, security patches, SSL and domain renewal, up to two small content edits a month, up to two hours of small changes, a monthly email, and same-business-day response on anything that breaks. The boundary is the reason the promise is worth anything: new pages, redesigns, new features, an SEO programme and ad management are quoted as add-ons, in writing, so the arrangement never wanders.

06 How long until we are on the first page of Google?

We will not say 30 days. Anyone who does is either guessing or about to sell you something else. Measurable movement in calls and form fills typically takes months; a regular top-3 map result for a normal-competition search takes longer; a genuinely competitive one takes longer still. Paid ads are the honest answer if you need jobs in the next 30 days. We do not guarantee rankings, and you should not pay anyone who does.

07 What if we want something outside the scope?

Then it is a change order with a written quote. You ask by email or on a call; we reply in writing within 2 business days with the added scope, the added price and the added or delayed timeline; you approve: a reply saying "yes" is enough; then we build it, not before. Two rounds of revisions per page are included. A third round is quoted separately. If we are asking for a third, that is usually a sign we started with different ideas, which is a conversation rather than a charge.

08 Is this within our budget?

Honestly: if the answer is no, do not stretch for it. A project you resent paying for produces a website you are embarrassed by, which costs you twice. There are cheaper doors: care on the site you already have, or a single add-on. There is no financing and no payment plan, deliberately. We would rather have the cash conversation with you than with a lender. If a website is not in the budget right now, we will say so, and we can talk again in six months. That conversation costs you nothing.

09 We already get leads from Facebook.

Good. Then you are not starting from zero, and we would rather build on that than talk you out of it. One question matters more than any argument: what does a lead actually cost you there? Bring that number and this becomes arithmetic instead of faith. Two things people get wrong: ads stop the day you stop paying, but your site and your Google presence keep working; and for a local business, most Facebook leads are driven by your Google listing and reviews rather than the ad itself.

10 What makes you different from a freelancer?

Not the craft. A good freelancer can match it. It is the contract underneath: a written fixed scope and a written monthly arrangement, with the terms published so you can hold us to them. Any professional who cannot put a scope and a care promise in writing is guessing, and a guess on a business asset is expensive later. If you have a freelancer who can put both in writing, and whom you trust at 9pm on a Sunday, hire them.

11 Why do you not publish your prices?

Because a menu forces everyone to price from the middle. A public rate card pads every job to the most complicated version of it, which is the trick that sells people work they did not ask for. Instead, every engagement is quoted in writing for the exact scope you need, on the same 2-business-day clock as everything else. The number that matters is the one in your proposal, because that is the number the scope is attached to, and you can argue with the list before you pay for it.

Your question is not here?!

Then it is a question we should answer, and we would rather hear it than have you guess. Ask it in the brief form; there are six fields, and none of them require you to know the answer in advance.

Start

The first conversation is free, and you will leave with an opinion.

Twenty minutes. We look at what you have now and tell you exactly what you need, including "less than you think." If we are not the right fit, we will say so, and point you somewhere better.

  • Fixed written scope. Nothing moves after it is agreed.
  • No surprises on the invoice.
  • You own everything, from day one.
  • We will talk you out of what you do not need.

Send the brief. Six fields, none of them a trap.

Four fields are required — enough to scope accurately and know who we are replying to. The other two are genuinely optional, and leaving them blank is a complete enquiry.

The name on your invoice, so we scope the right thing.

Where the reply goes. Nothing else is ever sent to this address.

Faster than email if you need an answer this week.

No money fields. The number always arrives in writing.

A written reply within 2 business days. No discovery call, no deck, no follow-up sequence.
